You can browse through the suggestions, or search for something specific. There are also some suggestions, such as most popular and recommended Asset Store packages. When you open the Asset Store in a web browser, the main page displays several thumbnail images which represent some of the sales and promotions that Unity is offering. You can also open the Unity Asset Store, click the user account icon, then select Create a Unity Account: If you click Sign In, the Unity ID login appears with another link to Create a Unity Account. To create a new Unity account, go to Create a Unity ID and follow the instructions. Then use Package Manager to import those Asset Store packages into your projects.
After buying or downloading Asset Store packages, sign in to the Hub or Editor with the same Unity ID you used on the Asset Store.

For example, a strict reading of Appendix 1 section 2.2.1 could be interpreted as not allowing for assets to be used in trailer videos for a game which includes the assets, since the license only allows for use in games or interactive media, and a video is neither. If you don't see anything mentioning that, then you are safe to assume the regular license is in full effect, which allows for commercial use in completed builds.
